The DH-RC.10 is a light-duty truck tail lift that offers a level ride platform that moves between the vehicle floor and the ground and features an automatic tilt at ground level. The DH-RC.10 makes use of a weight-saving, galvanised, full aluminium platform that folds away fully below the truck’s chassis during travel. The folding and unfolding mechanisms are assisted by impressive torsion strings, which ensure smooth folding and unfolding of the tail lift platform.
Normally, the half-dip tail lifts are meant for the more cost-conscious fleet owners who deliver smaller shipments such as lightweight pallets and boxes, or do general freight and expediting.
However, because of the powerful centrally mounted lift cylinder, DH-RC.10 and heavier models in the range are much better suited for high-stack cargo and rolling carts. The DH-RC.10 has a maximum load capacity of up to 1000 kg.
The DH-RC.10 was developed for commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 12 tonnes. The tail lift features bolt-on mounting plates for hassle-free fitting and has an option available that allows the DH-RC.10 to be fitted to refrigerated truck bodies. The narrow width of the truck tail lift’s arms enables mounting to be done between the chassis beams. The DH-RC.10 also has an option available for an integrated floor plate for flush mounting.
