The DH-VB.15.E1 is a robust single-deck column lift designed to be able to operate within compromising and demanding situations such as loading docks where space and time are very limited. The DH-VB.15.E1 features a single lift cylinder which is mounted on a beam in the roof of the vehicle to avoid damage caused by forklifts and heavy electrical pallet jacks. That makes the DH-VB.15.E1 column lift perfect for companies offering in the transport business such as distribution for supermarkets and food suppliers.
The DH-VB.15.E1 offers unmatched customization to ensure that the column lift can meet the requirements of a variety of customers who require different functionality from their lifts. These customization options include the following; hinged ramps at the sides and rear of the platform for easy loading, a manual or hydraulic closure, or hydraulic closure is recommended for aluminium platforms over the 1250mm and for all of the heavier steel platform options. The column lift can also be fitted with a variety of safety rails to ensure that cargo staff operate and make use of the lift safely and securely. Special adaptions for the locking gears on the barn doors can be fitted. The DH-VB.15.E1 can also be fitted with shunt stops to allow the column lift to descend vertically while reversing the truck into loading docks while avoiding damage to the lift runners and platforms.
The DH-VB.15.E1 can be produced with a lightweight aluminium platform or a sturdy heavy-duty steel platform. The aluminium platform has a manual open and close function which is assisted by powerful torsion bars or can be fitted with a hydraulic closure option. However, any of the steel platform options come fitted with the hydraulic closure system and the manual open/close system is strongly advised against.
The DH-B.15.E1 column lift can be fitted to your truck either with a welded fitting which comes as standard or with a bolt-on fitting which is an extra option that can be selected by the buyer upon purchase. The column lift can also be fitted with a one-piece bumper bar that has reinforcement plates for protection on the vehicle chassis. The DH-B.15.E1 has a maximum carry capacity of between 1000 and 1500 kg.
